Evde Bakım, Diyabet ve Hemşirelik İlişkisi Üzerine Yayınlanan Makalelerin Bibliyometrik Değerlendirmesi: 1991-2023 Dönemi

Abstract
Amaç: Bu araştırma, evde bakım, diyabet ve hemşirelik arasındaki ilişki ile ilgili olan çalışmaların belirlenmesi ve görselleştirilmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Gereç ve Yöntem: Veriler, 5 Nisan 2023 tarihinde “Web of Science Core Collection” veri tabanından elde edilmiştir. Analiz aracı olarak VOSviewer programı performans analizi ve bilimsel haritalama ile bibliyometrik olarak analizler yapılmıştır. Bibliyometrik veriler için WoS veri tabanında “Diabetes”, “Home Care”, “Nursing” anahtar kelimeleri ile tarama yapıldığında araştırma evreni 167 makale olarak bulunmuştur.
Bulgular: Analiz sonucunda WoS kategorisinde en çok kullanılan anahtar kelimenin “home care”, “diabetes”, “diabetes mellitus”, “home care services”, “nursing” olduğu, en fazla yayın yapan derginin beşer çalışma ile “Dibetes Educator”, “Journal of The Amerian Geriatrics Society” olduğu, 19 çalışma ile en fazla makalenin 2021 yılında yayınlandığı, en etkin kurumun 11 makale ile “University of Toronto” olduğu bulunmuştur.
Sonuç: Bu bibliyometrik analizin sonuçları, 1991-2023 yılları arasında diyabet, evde bakım ve hemşirelik konusunda yapılan çalışmaların son yıllarda giderek arttığını göstermiştir. Bu çalışmada elde edilen sonuçların, çalışmaların mevcut durumunun değerlendirilmesi, geniş bir bakış açısı sunması ve gelecekte yapılması planlanan araştırmalara rehberlik edebileceği düşünülmektir.

Abstract
Objective: This study was conducted to identify and visualise the studies related to the relationship between home care, diabetes and nursing.
Method: Data were obtained from the "Web of Science Core Collection" database on 5 April 2023. VOSviewer program performance analysis and scientific mapping and bibliometric analyses were performed as analysis tools. For bibliometric data, the research population was found to be 167 articles when the keywords "Diabetes", "Home Care", "Nursing" were searched in the WoS database.
Results: As a result of the analysis, it was found that the most commonly used keywords in the WoS category were "home care", "diabetes", "diabetes mellitus", "home care services", "nursing", the most publishing journals were "Diabetes Educator" and "Journal of the American Geriatricians Society" with five studies each, the most articles were published in 2021 with 19 studies, and the most active institution was "University of Toronto" with 11 articles.
Conclusion: The results of this bibliometric analysis showed that the number of studies on diabetes, home care and nursing between 1991 and 2023 has gradually increased in recent years. It is thought that the results obtained in this study can evaluate the current status of the studies, provide a broad perspective and guide future research.
